We need information about your event because it helps us to plan cleaning and handover times.
*You MUST include setting up and clearing away time. We usually require at least 15 minutes between one booking ending and the next beginning.
Please use the additional information box below to give more details if necessary, for example subsequent dates if you are not making a booking at weekly/monthly intervals.
We do not put hirers’ details into the website calendar. But we can include more information about your event, including your contact details, if you want this to be visible. Tell us this in the additional information box.
When you press the "Send enquiry" button, the website generates a booking form and sends it to the bookings secretary. The bookings secretary will review the details, add the charge, pencil your booking into the calendar, and return the form to you for signature. Please send the signed form to the treasurer, who will then confirm acceptance of the booking with you and update the calendar.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have confirmed acceptance.
